Spanish medal civil war 1936-1939 type 1
Rare "Type I" model manufactured by the Spanish company Egaña between the end of the Civil War and the mid-1940s, recognizable by the characteristic "diamond" located below the ring on both sides of the coin. This is the first-ever model to be drawn to the foreign volunteers of the Condor Legion, among other participants in the conflict on the side of the Nationalists. This Spanish campaign medal was distributed by at least three German companies during World War II as evidenced by their respected catalogs: Steinhauer & Luck, Wilhelm Deumer and Schickle. Very good condition, delivered in its original box and protective paper.
